Standard skip/container hire is for 2 weeks, unless stated at the time of the booking. The customer/hirer agrees to abide with all applicable laws and regulations.
The customer/hirer must not overload the skip/container, and all loads must be ‘level loads’, no boards should be placed up the sides of the skip to gain extra capacity. The skip/container should not be moved once sited. Please do not set fire to anything placed in the skip/container.
The customer/hirer is solely responsible for the skip/container whilst on hire from W&S Waste Management Ltd. Any loss and/or damage to any skip/container whilst on hire because of fire, theft, misuse or neglect remains the responsibility of the customer/hirer and will be charged at the replacement value.
The customer/hirer will ensure that there is adequate access for deliveries/exchanges/collections, and that the surface allocated is suitable to accept delivery of container size and weight.
W&S Waste Management Ltd accepts no liability for any damage caused whilst our vehicle(s) and/or skip/container(s) are off the public highway at the request of the customer/hirer.
The following items are NOT permitted in skips/containers, we can quote separately for these items.
In the event that none of the above has been adhered to the customer/hirer will incur further charges.
