Maintaining the cleanliness of our communities is always a top priority but it has become even more so in light of the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). So, in order to continue to provide our waste and recycling collections and services, skip hire and for our sites to remain open and fully operational, we have adopted a number of extra safety measures.
The interests of all our customers and staff is at the centre of everything we do, now more than ever, and we want to reassure you that we have put in place a number of robust measures designed to help maintain the health and safety of our employees, site visitors and customers. These measures will enable us to continue to safely provide our waste and recycling services throughout this challenging time.
The changes we have implemented include all necessary precautions as advised by the government, NHS and the World Health Organisation, including minimising physical contact, regular cleaning and disinfection of sites and equipment, and frequent hand washing. We are also working closely with local councils to ensure we can continue to safely collect waste and recycling from our communities.
Our sites remain fully open and operational and we’d like to thank our employees, clients, customers and communities for their continued support at this difficult time. We will continue to update our policies as and when we receive more information and will keep this page updated to keep you informed.
